The babysitter needs to be strung up by her Buster Brown's. My gosh, how stupid do you have to be, to tie a 2 year old toddler to a horse or pony????
Prayers for England this morning Rose.
Yeah.
On that list I posted, Martha Josey is in there.
Hey, I saw Lance Graves on RFD TV yesterday! He was riding a bay mare, teaching "whoa" and back up. He definitely has a different way of training but he sure gets results.
Maybe I'm out of it, but what's going on in England? Pardon my ignorance.
Thanks tuffy:) great reading)
When Tuffy runs thru the gate what exactly is the scenario? Is it running into a stall to be feed, into a run, is he haltered and your leading him, or loose??
Have you found any good advise yet?
Just curious.

Yikes OK nevermind I found out. Prayers for everyone over there.
He sure does. He does barrels funny too, but gets results.
How was he teaching whoa?

Well, if they want their ass kicked again they sure picked another country that will oblige. You would think by now their countrymen would be asking them to please stop "helping".

George Bush is in Scotland right now, thankfully many many miles away from the happenings. (500).
Yeah, I saw that. That must have been the accident that they were talking about when we were there. They showed us video of the first run she made 6 months after the accident. I noticed when we were there she walks with a limp, and wondered if it was from that accident.

It wouldn't surprise me if he doesn't head over there though.
Blair is on his way back down from Scotland by helicopter, I dont think Bush is going to go, It would mean more security when they are spread thin as it is. His support is enough.
It wouldn't suprise me if he did go, but I really wish that he wouldn't for his own safety.
Well I need to change the subject ......... : D How is everyones horses this morning? : )
Actually, it's Bud who's being the pain in the rear. I usually keep Bud, Tuffy, Winnie and George all in the same pasture. I bring them up in the evening and feed them, put fly spray on them, etc. They wait for me at the gate, they are used to the routine. Well, Bud has been going berserko at the gate and when I get it open, he's off like he's been shot of a cannon. Of course, when he does that, all the other horses follow suit. I've moved Bud to another pasture and now when I let Tuffy, Winnie and George out, they amble up like normal, no running. I thought moving him would cure Bud's problem, since he's not running with the other horses. Wrong. Still doing it. I guess I'm going to have to put a halter and lead rope on him when I bring him in but that's a pain. Any ideas on how to get him to stop running through the gate like gangbusters?
Well I have to get to work and make some horse money. We are talking about going back this weekend. I need to see what that hurricane doing first though. Hang in there.
My horses are doing good:) having breakfast. In 30 minutes or so, before it gets hot, I plan on riding Harley and Rusty.
