Hay fields are hot places to work with all that sunshine.......... : )
I can imagine!!!! Is it raining?
Spoiler? More than one entry?
LOL! It has not stopped here since this morning. Not a heavy rain, just steady. : )
Well, that is good. Hopefully we dont see any nasty hurricanes.
Hopefully not until hay season is over and all the new hay is stored inside the barn......... : )
Yeah. My new job expects me to be there if a storm comes in. My husband would be locked in at his job too. They said they would have a place for pets. hehe!
When is hay season over?
I almost wish I was a storm chaser. It would be so much fun!!!
Do they know that you have horses? : )
Usually by September but we have baled hay in October.
Do you have to replant it, or is it like strawberries?
Shhh.
No replanting, it grows back naturally each year. : )
LOL!
Hehe. Your cavalry saddle sounds neat. The most cofortable saddle that I ever rode in was a dressage saddle. Have you ever ridden in an australian stock saddle?
I don't have a problem with my butt or my legs so much as my lower back. I don't know if it's because of the terrain that we go over or what, but in the ring I never have a problem.
We have hawks all over the place because my trainer hunts with them, and those that she releases stick around.
How did the horse get killed? If you don't mind me asking.
