I'm feeling much better today...so far (I'm still on call). I took off early, went and had barbecue with one of my coworkers then went shopping. I bought shoes. Lots of shoes...and a dress. Still trying to decide if the dress is too revealing for court.

Called Tinkerbelle's mom to tell her when he was supposed to be home and assure her that he has no STD's....yet. She talked for quite awhile. I made some suggestions to her, but the poor woman sounded rather resigned. She says that because the kid hasn't committed any crime, no one will help her deal with him. They think he's just fine. After this experience, I believe her. The cops here even said that when California was notified we had a runaway from their jurisdiction, it is their responsibility to pay his way back. They said they wouldn't unless he was on probation or was wanted on an outstanding warrant.

Well, I don't worry quite so much about about such things as I did. Last court day, I noticed a fair amount of cleavage in court among my co-workers. The judge didn't seem to mind.

Actually, it isn't really THAT revealing, but it is sleeveless and the neckline drops a bit low.

I don't think there is anything wrong with her skin; I think she is just disgusted by the way some long time FReepers were behaving when Terri was being killed. Quite frankly, I was too.
