Afternoon, grannie. Did you get any damage to your home in Florida? I'm worried of Catpuppy.
To: Conservababe
No..all we lost was the tarp Al had on the boat. Everything is fine there. Luckily our house is new and all up to new code with metal shutters on all the windows so that should help some in these cases.
I have been wondering about Pup tho. Maybe he took off somewhere knowing it was coming. Some do if they can.

Possibly, but there gets a point at which you aren't fracturing mind fragments any further, but pulverizing to dust instead.

Possibly.
Not sure as there is even dust left to pulverize there.

Oh, that sounds awful, Nully! I hate it when there are problems with vehicles!
I had a similar delay yesterday on the road....although not due to car trouble. I'm not sure if it was the map or the road that was off, but I ended up missing one of my turnoffs and went WAY out of the way. Probably caused about a 2 hour delay. I dealt with that okay, but I was fit to be tied this morning. My neighbors that were "taking care" of my birds and plants, etc. apparently never changed the birdbath (I do it 2-3 times a day), never changed the Hummingbird feeders (I do them every other day), did something to the birdbath that got it off level (a real PITA to fix) and killed my fuschia. And to top it off, there was a stray cat in the yard stalking my birds. My day did not start out well at all.
Just got back from the store. My grocery bill tripled. Then I get my car insurance bill and find they've charged me an extra $100 to change my coverage (plus the payment), a little detail they failed to mention when I was inquiring into what it was going to cost me to insure the new car. By the time I get Tyler home, I'm going to be too broke to pay attention.

Wasn't all that bad. Had a nice shady spot to park. Listened to a couple hours of Harry Potter, etc.

You can take the girl out of the south, but you can't take the south out of the girl.

I have a couple of great kitty pictures. This is Keel, Dawn's cat. She "lives" in one of the upper cupboards of the kitchen because she is most antisocial. She growls and hisses whenever anybody walks by. I bought her the dish at the Renaissance Festival. The rest was easy. She's a natural. Definitely not a cat to be trifled with.

Tyler attracts little girls wherever he goes. He "picked up" this one at the fireworks show in Manitou on the 4th. (This could be a problem when he gets a little older).
