I'm not a regular Rush listener but that's the latest breaking. Rush is makng fun of HINO's attorney who is a modern day vincent price imo.

I'm all ears to see if Jesse Jackson can get er done. I don't care who helps Terri, that is my position.

The jackbooted picture was from someone else and we are frustrated here in Florida, it appears we are in a perpetual state of frustration in Florida. I JUST WANT TO GARDEN AND LIVE MY LIFE. Not possible when the judicial branch has ordered the Sheriff's Dept. to hold off Jeb's FDLE. They had a showdown and the FDLE turned around mid-rescue!!!

The Elian jpeg was "not mine" to begin with, I very much would like a rescue, not a raid.

I'm getting calls that people are lvg the GOP. If someone has ties to the GOP, I am not driving this movement. It is being reported TO ME.

I learned how to edit raw footage, acting as a gopher somedays, talking to freepers, all kinds of stuff, car jockey, you name it. If the gop is in trouble, it's not FV's fault. I've been begging them to toss OOP Judge George Greer overboard and stick with their constituents.

Here's their phone number: GOP FLORIDA-1-850-222-7920. Ask them if George Greer is worth all this.

There is now an exploratory committee of the Fla House of Reps Judiciary Committee to IMPEACH JUDGE GREER. It all goes back to George Greer. He's not a real republican which isn't the issue. HE'S NOT A REAL JUDGE. HE'S A JUDICIAL DESPOT. (a phrase Thomas Jefferson used often).

TEJ, you may have another story here re: exodus from the GOP. I haven't officially left. FV

Sure it did. That was me, poking you with a sharp pointy stick, because you're being a drama queen. Nothing more.

Oh, and have a nice day! :)

The idea usually here at FR is if you make a charge to back it up proof.

That's not "gleeful cheering" because a mom can't giver her daughter water, which you claimed above...

But, your reading comprehension problem isn't MY problem. It's yours. YOU work it out.

Thanks.

The Elian fiasco was wrong and conservatives fought it tooth and nail.

Yes, it was wrong for the reason I stated, the aim was to deprive Elian of liberty. You could not refute that no one ever made a credible charge of treason or any other violation of law. Sucks to be proved wrong in public doesn't it?

What you are advocating is wrong.

Like Reagan ending the air traffic controller's strike? Like Eisenhower sending in the 101st Airborne to Arkansas? Like Kennedy sending in the FBI to Alabama and Mississippi?

Terry's rights are NOT being violated. She has had her day in court and then some.

If a judge who breaks the law by refusing to recuse himself four times when a motion to dismiss him is entered and lobbies for laws that effect the outcome of cases before his court constitute "her day in court" for you you can be happy. If a judge ruling that nutrition and hydration by mouth may not occur when the basis of removing the feeding tube rests entirely on the basis that she can't eat orally is "her day in court" then be happy. If rejection of appeal without review by higher courts amounts to "her day in court" for you then be happy. If a state SC ruling that a duly ratified state law is unConstitutional on the grounds that it overrules the authority of the court amounts to "her day in court" for you be happy.

The due process clause of A. XIV is followed and conditioned by the equal justice under the law clause. Is there equal justice under the law under these conditions?

What you are advocating Bush do is treason.

The Constitution precisely defines treason and it says nothing about non-enforcement of judicial decisions. If you can't address these points with substantive replies then you are the one whose emotions are overriding your reason.

No, that was me laughing at you, because you can't provide proof of your assertions.

Have a nice day, TigersEye. Watch out for those "Facts" out there. I hear they are really dangerous...

I have given up on Jeb. He is OBVIOUSLY not going to do anything to save Terri. OBVIOUSLY!

What a sad day it is that Jesse Jackson - OF ALL PEOPLE!!! - cares more about Terri than the Gov of Florida who is a REPUBLICAN!!!!!!!!

Your attitude is evident in a look at a majority of your postings.

I posted a suggestion for others to consider as to what to ask Governor Bush to do. That is the subject of this thread. If he can't do it what chance is there that he would follow the suggestion?

But your smarmy sarcastic witticism must have had a purpose. Apparently you have a problem with people making their thoughts and desires known to public officials. It certainly wasn't a reasoned rebuttal of my position since you made a great leap in assuming what I want.

You also assume that the Executive has no power to act here but you don't trouble yourself to back that up. You just snipe at others with your self-superior attitude as your guide. Then you make self-righteous demands when someone chafes at your gall.

Head on back to your thread about vowing to stop the name calling and back stabbing. You need a refresher already.

I just don't give a s**t anymore. So be it.

Well why didn't you say so? Now your attitude makes sense.

Ignoring the mountain of suspicions over M. Schiavo, Greer, Felos and the higher courts and trivializing it all as a "family feud" is either; ignorant of the full scope of the story, disingenuous or fueled by an agenda.

Nice 'selective' copy & paste, TigersEye. Go ahead and quote me out of context, and turn it into something it is not. Go back and read that part again...

That's my opinion, and if no one else likes it, they can call me all the names they want. I just don't give a s**t anymore. So be it.

There. Fixed it. Now in context it makes sense, rather than letting people reading this thread think something else - nice tactic by the way. Dishonest, but useful, eh?
