It's hard to tell right now but I should know in a few weeks. Her Daddy's a roan and her Mama's daddy was a roan, so there's a good chance of it. This is her Daddy...
Heh, heh:)
That would be funny.
Officer to driver: "How did this happen"
Driver: WEll officer I was watching that horse over there screw the other one:)
Becky
LOL!! I almost had a wreck myself one day when I saw a horse doing that!
He's really striking... Looks like he got himself into some trouble there on his shoulder.
That's hysterical!
Well, it is pretty fascinating to watch! Bay really does look half his age when he's posturing and trying to impress them by lookin' studly.
Their awkwardness is what makes them so cute! Who here had the baby with the curved ears? Have they straightened out any?
Wow. Who does he belong to?
Don't I wish! He's owned by a guy I know up in Pulaski, TN who trains for me. He stands this stud and another one who is gray. He used to own another gray stud who is Grace's sire. He was really pretty too. I heard he just sold again recently for $140,000. Needless to say, I was pleased to hear that!
Here's a link to his listings on AgDirect.com. You can get to his homepage from there.

It was Duchess, and I've wondered myself but haven't heard her say.
I love to watch them strut their stuff too. There's nothing prettier in my book!
The other day you asked me to get some video of a horse doing a rack and I got one this weekend. I'm sending it to your Freepmail address. It's of my riding buddy and one of his horses. Blade wasn't being cooperative about being filmed and my buddy didn't work the camera very well either. But it's a pretty good example of a nice trail-pleasure type rack and the speed is about average for how we ride on good trails.
Oh what a beauty. Thanks for the pictures.
Good morning - the ears are still curved in. :)
We need a closeup!
I got it, and it's really cool! Like I said in my return email, I'd like to ride one sometime just to feel what it's like. With all those footfalls, it seems like it'd be bumpy but I know it isn't.
Would you like ecurbh to upload this clip to our site so the others can see too?
Sure! That'd be great!
OK - I'll be tonight before he can do it... (or tomorrow morning, since we are going out to dinner tonight for his birthday :~D)
Is there a way you can describe for the newbie how this differs from the running walk or other gaited breeds?
