We took a mile hike up a mountain to see a waterfall. That liked to kill me..lol Going down was easy. This waterfall was along the road in a drive thru park. It is very beautiful.

Well, we have a new camera, and had to buy a printer/scanner/copier too. Our computer doesn't have enough UBS ports??? for the camera. With this printer (Macks been wanting a new printer anyway), we can put the chip from the camera in the printer and load pictures from there.
It may take us a day or so to get all this stuff figured out.
We got a Kodak 3.2 pixels, 3X zoom. Lot smaller then the old one so it will be easier to carry around.
We took the old one in, it wasn't the battery, and to get it fixed would have been at least $135, maybe more. We bought this camera for $99. The old one only was 1.3 pixels but had a 6X zoom.
Did you get to ride?

He's wearing a brace right now, and had to pull out of an endurance ride for the 16th, but I think no lasting damage. Basically just twisted it I guess. Will he go to a doctor :) NO. At least he's walking.
WEll, we hit a snag. The USB port that our old printer used, is not the same as the one the new printer uses. Do you know if they make adapters?

Here in NE Ohio, they live with me. This was last weekend, the 3rd & 4th, that they got the snow. I heard where Estrogen lives, that they got almost 2 feet! The maple festival had to be cancelled.

A USB should be a USB, unless you mean that it uses a serial port with the two screw in dealies...
Not enough USB ports shouldn't ~really~ be a problem, you can buy a USB hub to plug several things into for ~$10.
Glad you got a camera!!! WOO HOO!!! Your printer sound like the one dad got. Has a photo card slot right in it and a little screen to print them too.

Well, we didn't end up riding... we had to go to town, and ended up horse trailer shopping instead :~D

We also looked at the Spirit model, which is a little smaller and about $500 cheaper, but the tack room in that one is just too small to be really usable, and the horse space felt a little too tight for Bay.

It's a good foot longer than the other trailer we were looking at, and it makes all the difference in whether Bay would comfortably fit in both positions.
This one is 11' long in the horse area, and with the divider removed it has three tie spots and could actually fit 3 if they were small like our pony and got along well. That's the theory anyway... It'd be tight. either way, we're never going to regret having a little more room.
Well, I'm tired and I feel like I have sand in my eyes... gonna rest 'em on the couch for a bit.
I loved it that you knew to put the * in front of Bask name and the two pluses after. * for imported, and + for how many times he was National champion right?
The plusses are a little more complicated than simply national championships, they are Legion of Honor and Legion of Merit Awards based on show points. I had to look it up.

I had the neat experience once of watching a Legion of Honor award ceremony at a show, for a horse named something like 'Countess Joanna'. They stopped the show, and did a rehearsed, choreographed spotlight routine with the horse, first under saddle and then they turned the horse loose in the arena, all with the theme to "Chariots Of Fire" playing. It was beautiful, and the owners so proud and the lights so dramatic that it had me in tears. Of course, I cry whenever they give special recognition awards to hero police dogs or any working animals ;~D
