Where's the baby pictures? :')

Bummer of a day here. My house a mess and I've been washing and cleaning all day. Right now I'm eating veal and lasagna.

Oh people will pay LOTS for jumping ponies. It's amazing. She would fetch a lot of money if someone could train her over fences. She's a nice looking pony, very flashy, and very smart from what you've told us. I'm a sucker for ponies... especially bay ones. Mostly I think it's becasue I can still get away with riding them. :-D My first dressage trainer had a large pony that she always showed. She isn't much taller than I am.

Alot depends on how long you want to ride each day:) We could do it all in 1 day. There is actually maybe only about 15-20 miles around here. Or break it up into 2-3. One night, we could get the kids here with their horses and have a playday. Let you run barrels and poles:) You might discover you like it:) Your welcome to stay here. We'd put you up in the RV. The kids took their beds when they left so we only have 1:). But I thought you may be more comfortable in the RV anyway, get some privacy once in a while, As Mack says, to burp and fart:) Then too, I'm not sure if 2J doesn't want yout to stay with her too. That would all be up to what you want to do. It won't hurt my feelings what every you decide. We could definitly at least one night have a cook out here one night, fire, guitars, eats, with anyone that wants to come. Maybe one night go out somewhere.

Becky

I'd like to spend at least a day seeing all your trails, and I'd love to spend a day playing games and running barrels. Can I run them in my English saddle? ;~D

I didn't have any plans to stay at 2J's... I am not even sure her husband is keen on the idea of internet people coming over to visit, but I must go there to hold a chicken and see her beatle project, prolly. We will have been with 2J the weekend before in MO, so our purpose for coming to OK will be to see you and your horses. The cookout and evening gathering sounds great.

First time on here today, its been beautiful and sunny and warm and we have been making the nost of it. We have seperated the middle field into two, with round pen fencing. Misty and Sugar and the foals seem quite happy, and after maybe next weekend, we'll take the temporary fence down. We are diggin a water pipe ditch now, to give Sugar some water other than in a bucket.
The bassets are back in what we used for a "maternity ward" and loving it. Their long ears are flopping all over the place with them charging back and forth. Both foals dont seem to mind the chickens or the dogs at all which is good.
We had Lightning in the round pen earlier and our australian shepherd Sally was determined to enjoy a game of cat and mouse with him. I dont know who enjoyed it more!
I am going to go back out in a while and get some pics and hopefully get this reader hooked up and download!
I still need to cook supper and bathe the kids though so you might have to wait till tommorow.
The boys were helping james to dig the ditch! LOL I love it when they want to "help" him! : D

Aguing with my husband that "let's go ahead and buy that 20 acres":') I tell him that I'm the only one around here that doesn't have a place to play but not getting much sympathy. I could have had 3 or 4 opportunities to ride today if they were in my back yard.

Sounds like you are going to have a Great time. You will have to find a real cowgirl hat for Hair to wear and be sure to take pictures. Looking forward to seeing them posted.

If you get there, I am sure that they will have a horse for you to ride, probably several to choose from. : )

BTW; the Buttercups pictures I posted were for you too.

Well any of you passing thru Brownsville, stop by and I'll show you my two equine pride and joys. We can ride in Mexico if you want. Just give me two hours notice to straighten the house.

The head of the school sent a letter out to all the parents that I talked to, describing how they are right to have this book in the school. They think that since most of the book teaches biblical ideals in art that it's ok if a couple of paragraphs are devoted to graphic descriptions of pornography. I just want to strangle these people! In the letter he quotes a paragraph in the book that is so technical, nobody but an art history major would understand. I guess he thinks that's the paragraph that the teenagers will read over and over, not the paragraphs describing a woman masturbating.

Hooray. I haven't seen the ground in weeks because of all the snow that we got. We had 50 degree weather today, so that brought the level down alot, but there's still quite a bit on the ground. We got a huge blizzard that dumped three feet.

Heehee. Surprise surprise! :-) Part of the reason I'm so excited to get out west is to get away from the liberal view point. :-)

Not me. I won't even go eat there right now and you don't travel "thru" Brownsville. It's a dead end.
