You know...I've always wondered why those are called refried. I guess we make 'em different than the original way.
I just cook a bunch of pinto beans until soft, add spices and salt and either olive oil or lard (lard is excellent, but a. hard to get and b. prolly not as good for ya...), and mash 'em up. Mmm-mmmm good!
I suppose they could be fried later...but that'd be frying, since they weren't originally fried. Not refrying. That'd have to come later...

Ah, but the sun is half the size you're used to, and the terraforming tower is visible from the veranda...

I'm kinda sorta workin' more than I did at work. Well...actually I got quite a bit accomplished at work today, but...
Almost have everything packed. If my sister would remember to get me the boxes she promised me for dishes...I could finish.
The plan is to have this house pretty well empty by the end of next weekend, though I still have the free furniture, the desk, and the exercise bike.

Can't you come out and play? Would love to if I'd get out of here.
It's been a very Corin evening, and I've been home less than an hour.
(more later, dinner's on)

Never touch the stuff :)
When I did, and wanted something Dutch, I drank Grolsch...the larger bottle with the closure that was extra fun after the contents were gone...
