Chris dodged another bullet. I think he owes his survival to George's absence. George would have stood up for Angie and pointed out that Chris was contributing nothing to the task while he was out looking for the credit card that he lost. I can't figure out why he didn't he just call the issuer and have the card cancelled and a replacement issued. Surely one could make that happen in NYC.
But I think there's a lot of pride involved here. If you get back the original card then (in a way) you didn't really lose it and you're not playing little shell games with Trump's credit. Personally, I would have done the same thing Chris did but I would have also asked what could I be doing while I was standing around Best Buy to help the team.
Frankly, I keep thinking Trump should have fired the whole team a few weeks back and we wouldn't have to suffer this slow cut-like torture.
It's so obvious right now that Tana and Kendra are going to be the final two. I'm ready just to move forward to the live show and get this train wreck over with. I'm also finding these tasks quite boring and more about pimping some product rather than giving the contestants something challenging to do.
But it keeps you coming back. ;-)
I agree with you about Tana. She consistently stands out from the group. I still haven't seen enough of Kendra to decide about her. I think Craig is very bright and creative, but needs better communication skills. Bren will probably never live down that awful cucumber porn idea, although he is likeable. I really believe the producers are keeping Chris around for drama. Alex, on the other hand, is just plain boring.
I have enjoyed the tasks this season, with the exception of the lame graffiti project. I do wonder why there is so much emphasis on sales, if Trump is looking for an executive. My guess is that the producers think it will be more appealing to the audience. And there's the profit motive behind all the product placements.
I can't stand Chris. This is Angie's first real mistake, and she gets fired. She basically did the whole thing herself.
I also think that Alex should have been fired before Angie.
I like Angie, and she was a very hard worker.
Of the group, Tana is standing out head and shoulders above the rest. I can't imagine Trump even picking someone else. Even if she screws up, she's done great on many tasks, and everyone seems to like her.
I think Chris should have been fired. He lost the credit card for goodness sakes.... You are right Angie did most of the work. Chris spent over two hours looking for the card. Alex did nothing that I could see... I think Tana will win.. I like her the best. She is out going and can work any situation for the better.
>>It's so obvious right now that Tana and Kendra are going to be the final two.<<
Huh? Maybe one or the other, but either Bren or Alex (in spite of last night) will be there. I also wouldn't underestimate Craig.
(Warning: Vague spoiler information)
At another website, somebody posted "Spoiler" info he claims he got from somebody at NBC. I would normally dismiss that as somebody blowing smoke but he's been right every week.
I won't spoil it by posting any info here (I try to avoid such things but this guy didn't bother to warn anybody so I read it and now reference it each week to see if he's wrong) other than to say that it doesn't look good for the guys. Obviously, the last decision will happen live.
Tell me you couldn't see this coming? LOL!

Chris Shelton arrested...
"Shelton was charged with disorderly conduct after a police officer twice asked him to calm down. He reportedly became loud and belligerent after becoming upset about something he thought was going to be free, but was not."
LOL! I hope he didn't spit tobacco juice on anybody.
"Apprentice" Finalist Arrested
Trump wannabe lands in Florida jail on disorderly rap
APRIL 10--In what will come as no surprise to viewers of NBC's "The Apprentice," contestant Chris Shelton--one of the reality show's final six Donald Trump wannabes--was arrested early this morning for disorderly conduct. Seems that the 22-year-old Shelton, a foul-mouthed, tobacco-chewing lout from Nevada, was popped following a disturbance at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa, Florida. Shelton was arrested at 3:25 AM by Seminole Indian Reservation Police officers and booked into the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department lockup at 4:14 AM, according to records. After posting $250 bond, he was released from custody shortly after 10:00 AM. While exact details of Shelton's alleged disorderly conduct (a misdemeanor) were not available at press time, we're gonna wager a guess--based on a TSG analysis of the below bleary-eyed mug shot--that liquor somehow played a role in his bust. Shelton, who told cops that he was self-employed in the real estate field, has been an "Apprentice" disaster, a contestant whose team has lost nearly every week (though he has somehow avoided getting fired by The Donald, who has openly questioned whether Shelton has an anger management problem). In an online NBC biography, Shelton is said to command "a portfolio of properties valued at over $1 million. He credits his parents for inspiring him to succeed and sees himself as a young Donald Trump."
I heard a blip about this on our local news in Michigan. Doesn't surprise me. He was probably fired long ago by Trump.Go Tana!
LOL!!! I missed Apprentice last week whilst driving in Flaw-duh. I won't be missing it this week. Loud and belligerent! Hahahahahaha
That's grounds for execution imho.
If this isn't just hillarious. You must read this article. It looks like Chris was arrested recently for his 'unsual' temper. I wonder if he's back on the Skoal?

I am going to break my 'hate chew' rule and say Chris go back to chewing tabaccy for the love of God! LOL
Guess I was a day late with this breaking news :) Such a slacker.
I agree with you about Tana. As for Chris, maybe this is the wake up call he needs to straighten himself out.
What scared me most about Chris was, that you would call him on his anger, and he would get angrier. The more you pointed it out, the angrier he got. You knew he was a timebomb waiting to explode.
As for the rest of this season, I'm guessing that the final two will be Alex and Tana. Trump (for some reason) is impressed with Alex, and I think that will carry him through to the end, even if he has a couple of minor foibles along the way. This is based on his handling of Jen last season, even though she was an attractive woman, and Alex is not. Tana is there on raw ability.
Either 1) Trump is going to pull out the "Troy argument", and say "Tana, I'm sorry but your lack of a college degree is just a detriment at this point", or 2) He'll make a point of hiring a high school grad to counter the "Troy argument". Tana is popular, but I don't know that she's more popular than Troy was, so she may not have the "gravitas" to be the one that breaks the college degree barrier.
Tana is wonderful and definitely has the gravitas to beat out the college kids, as she's out-performed every one of them. She's stepped up on every challenge, conducted herself like a businessperson, inspired teammates when she felt like bopping them over the head for stupidity, has been creative, hard working, good natured and generally a most impressive can-do contestant. She's verbally skilled to the max, a top-notch presenter and excellent sales person. Also, she dresses very well, always in appropriate and extremely attractive clothes.
Tana really has the right stuff. First woman I've cheered for on the show, but I don't see a single guy in her league. Go Tana!
I don't disagree with you. To me Tana is the obvious selection. But don't be surprised if Trump won't pull the trigger and hire her, simply because of her lack of a sheepskin. As I said, he already went down that path with Troy, and that was the deciding factor there.
