Disappointing news: Due to some extenuating circumstances at work, I will not be able to travel to DC for the Inauguration. I am very disappointed. Hubby is thrilled. At least I didn't blow a bunch of money of a dress.

The directive came down about a half hour ago from the head office. Absolutely NO TIME OFF for the Inauguration.
We ALL must be in the office all day Wednesday and all day Thursday.
