Well USNews rates New York- Presbyterian Hospital which I believe is Columbia-Presbyterian where Clinton is as the 7th best in the country in the category "heart and heart surgery." That is behind only Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, Duke, Johns Hopkins, Mass General and Brigham and Women's.
Now as an academic I think US News is seriously flawed in rating colleges. I do not know about their rating of hospitals. But it was the first ranking I ran into.
Another question might be why would the Clintons turn to a religious affiliated hospital?

The best hospitals in the country are teaching hospitals. Look them up. Whenever there's an article on how to choose the best hospital, it always recommended to use a teaching hospital. But you do want to avoid surgery in the fall at the beginning of the school year, if possible.

Per the USNews rankings, Columbia is not in the top 50 heart and heart surgery hospitals. On the other hand, given the patient in question, the choice - if it was her's - certainly does not call into question either the intelligence or ambition of the junior Senator from New York.
