Yeah. But I've got the Cubs game on the 'puter and the sound down on the TV with the captions on.
The place here has DirectTV which at first sounded pretty good...under $40. (I was paying $50 in Chapel Hill just for basic.) Then they started tacking on fees and made me angry.
If I didn't have the Cubs on I'd be streaming CSPAN.
And now you got a smiling pic of Tony Snow. It's a beautiful thing.
'Course, we have Time-Warner cable, and they're always raising their fees, too...
I pretty much decided that there wasn't enough good content on cable to be worth the money.
Dial up is too slow. Long as PBS minds its Ps and Qs, I'll be ok.
No more cable until they sell it by the channel.
Dial up is okay for streaming audio. I'm listening to the Cubs now....of course it's a subscription service ...

Yikes, it's hot and humid here. Still in the seventies even though the sun has been down for awhile and we're getting lots n' lots of rain.
Which means...it's a lot warmer than that in here, even though I have all the windows open. And everything is damp. Ick.
Is there no commentary at all on the CSPAN one?
I could get behind that notion!
I haven't tried but I thought you could stream their broadcast.

I don't have cable, so I've never actually seen Fox News, except occasional clips from the website. I know some of the names, but I'm not really THAT familiar with 'em all.
