Wouldn't be the first time he's crawled outta a volcano! To my count, it's something he's done at least three times, including once when he swam through underground magma from the Phillipine Sea to Mount Fuji (
Godzilla and Mothra: Battle for Earth)
It never seems to bother him excessively.

Well, here's what he'd look like today crawling out...from GFW: (and the link above)

I'm about, Jetster, just not as frequent as before. Ya see, my wife and son have finally moved to where I am, after a separation of over a year! So, I'm spending a LOT of time being a Daddy and Husband again. I go on deployment again next year, so every moment's precious. Plus, I and my crew are currently undergoing the gruelling process the Navy specifies that we take to become fully Combat Ready as a crew. It leaves little time for spending hours FReepin'. I lurk a bit, though, to keep up with the news. When I can, I post, like now. (Mama and Baby are at the store)
Oh, and check out Monsterzero today if you have the time. They got a bunch of pics of new G-toys that BanDai will be releasing.

It was -pretty- good. I'd say it wasn't as strong as GMAOA or GVM. Good effects, as usual. The story, to my mind, wasn't as interesting.

Oh, well. I still want to see it, though I'm thinking that they've pretty much beaten Mechagodzilla to death. The concept's been rehashed what? FIVE times in the series? Six, if you count MOGUERA from G vs. SG. OF the "Millennium" series, my only favorite thus far is GMK. I really just cannot warm up to the G2K suit.
I've got HUGE hopes for GFW.

This gives a very good synopsis of TOKYO SOS:
http://www.tohokingdom.com/web_pages/reviews/godzilla_tokyo_sos.htm
It does give the whole story away, so SPOILER ALERT! :) I agree also with its criticisms, including the fact that it felt "rushed."

Favorite Gojira(hehe,I just learned that and had to use it somewhere) movies so far-Mechagodzilla and Return Of Mechagodzilla,by far. I haven't seen may,but the few I've seen have me addicted.I only like the ones from the Seventies and back. I just ordered the firsat one and a couple of others from Amazon.com. I understand that the original Japanese one isn't available in the US? Only the one with Raymond Burr cut in? If the Japanese version is available anywhere,I'd love to know about it!
