night skies
Silvery rays
dancing on
black lace
silver hair
china white
translucent skin
She walks alone on
narrow country lanes
black lace... snagged
on twigs, old grass
ambling twilight times
Crystallized memories
of handsome lovers
lining up for
dinner at eight...
Memories, sweet
memories held in
old paper, organdy
sealed in a
jeweled case.

Solar Eclipse Mysterious event in ancient times
brought forth rhymes and superstitions,
Gasps of breath... Hearts... skipping beats
roaming tribes, Kings cringed in fear
Moon...night light
planet of dark sides
dares to move in Sol's path,
contest in the heavens
Corona, flares angry from bold moves...
dazzles, dances, flares
No naked eye dare look Corona in the eye
Eerie light descending...
decanting... dark riders to roam...
