That's how mine was...just a few "posed" shots...you've seen most of them...remember when I posted my wedding pictures. That was really it.
I had two photographers there just taking candids. I love going through them. It's a good way to do it, imo...doesn't keep your guests waiting while you get your photos done. Either this way or set it up the night before, but I didn't want Steve to see my dress before, so that's why I opted for this way.
Joshua is laying beside me while I type, kissing me on the elbow. I highly recommend kids...
Since when have you had a problem straddling something?
I mean come on, she could ride her Harley in a dress if need be!
Hehehe...Mamma's had more influence than you do. Besides...you said you wanted loud florals.
Never! And just so you know, I can still climb aboard a fully packed Harley in exactly the same way I did 20 years ago. That thing that totally earned me the road name.
This is what I'm thinkin'...a sundress type thing that I can wear my swimsuit under...
Maybe I can just get a macrame belt for my bathing suit cover, even...and a matching hat to dress it up?
Sundresses look silly with farmer's tan.
Really? - Maybe there is a market for the "unMartha wedding Guide"! :~D
*Sigh* Now I have to find another dress. Silk is out.
Never! That's what I thought. See who wouldn't want to call you Mom!
that is a cool idea
Whaddayamean *could*! Remember when I broke my foot and had that HUGH cast on my left leg? I couldn't wear nothin' but skirts cause pants wouldn't go over the cast! I couldn't ride my bike for the first 3 weeks cause it hurt too much but every day at lunch I rode b**** on Mark Smith's bike in my dresses! And never showed nothin'! :-)
only, for that 3 weeks I couldn't high kick over the sissy bar cause it hurt too much to put all that weight on my broke foot! I had to mount in the more conventional way.
Yep!
My parents had a very informal, inexpensive wedding, too. My Dad got married in a suit he bought at a Goodwill shop a few days ahead of time. ;-) Mom's dress was a white one her Mom was making anyway - she just added a little trim and a veil. The reception was held in her parents' garage and back yard!
I think I'd want maybe a quick church ceremony...but nothing big or with a fancy reception.
I ain't got a farmer's tan. But, when I had a rider's tan it never particularly mattered to me when it showed. Livin' life is more important than tan lines. :-)
Well, you know that answer to that one. That's why you've been adopted!
Actually, you wuz adopted the first day when I asked you what you wanted to be when you growed up. "A singer, just like Tanya Tucker!" I knew you was my kind o' gal then!!!
Sure, tan lines do more than you think. My hubby say they glow in the dark.
Yeah, rather than those MASSIVE planning guides they sell, it would just be a 12-page pamphlet.
Did they have the red velvet armadillo groom's cake in the garage?!?! :-D
