I do have a bit of Carpal Tunnel on the right hand...
But I think I had must managed to sleep on both of them last night! Better now that I have gotten some blood flowin' in 'em again.

Real Estate Lady said it would take about 2 months if it's priced right. One thing going for it is that it's in a good area. There are two houses in my neighborhood that are on the market (both have less square footage) that are priced about 110% more than what I paid for mine back in '89.

But whether people are buying right now is another question. :)
Then ther is/are that person/people who have been buying these houses and turning them into rentals.

and I am getting addicted to NetFlix. I am building my queue all ready...LOLIsn't it the greatest? I've already got around 30 flicks in my queue, so I need to slow down until I actually get around to watching some of them.
Last thing I ordered was the first season of "The Family Guy"...love that cartoon...

Yawn....g'mornin'....we got home from the ER around 4:15 this mornin', but there's good news...
I just saved a bunch of money by switching my car insurance to Geico!
Seriesly, Jr. is okay. His wrist is badly sprained, but nothing is broken or dislocated. Dr. said they'd call us if the radiologist read the x-rays differently this morning. But right now he's just in a velcro splint for the next 4-5 days.
