Hmmm....the wafer rolls are chocolate.
I believe the conversion is 3 tablespoons cocoa + 1 tablespoon oil = 1 ounce of baker's chocolate.

That sounds right. I'm pretty sure it tells in the front of my Joy of Cooking, so I can check to be sure. Now if I just have enough butter...

Seriesly though, we went to Sam's club this weekend and got our monthly supplies. Got two packages of top round cuts (7 steaks per package) for about $11 each.
