Yes, It rained like the devil yesterday. Today is just dreary. We don't have it as bad as you. Although, they said that we need at least 3 years of normal snowpack in the mountains to refill all the reservoirs.!! This last one was quite the summer.

Yes, I go alone... walked for quite awhile along and in that creek. It was really nice. No bears. I did see a fox today, and lizards and frogs, butterflies (wouldn't hold still for pictures though) and a roadrunner and some little grouse.
I imagine if I went to these isolated sites with some of the guys I know, I would have to be another kind of careful. *L*
