Agreed, most won’t. Those who prefer privacy over convenience will.
CarPlay is a nice feature. I mostly leave my phone at home unless I am traveling. Roadside bluetooth scanners are used by some DOTs to detect travel times. I don't know if that is part of the Flock system or not.
