Given that California constitution requires state government to publish accurate record of receipts and expenditures of public moneys, arguably anybody in cyberspace can question possible fraud.
Article XVI, California Constitution (Scroll to bottom of Section 3 above Section 3.5) An accurate statement of the receipts and expenditures of public moneys shall be attached to and published with the laws at every regular session of the Legislature.
There is actual language I this bill that uses the word
” unwanted”.
Any “ unwanted “ exposure, coverage, investigation ,videotaping ,,,any thing they don’t like and is
” unwanted “ ,
they want that to be a crime.
Gawd this is one evil bill with evil politicians pushing it, and other evil politicians not fighting and not opposing it.
Not even Eric holder or Keith Ellison tried this crap.

“Journalism” has changed. The press is no longer just the organized corporate entities.
