1. President Trump deports Tren de Aragua to El Salvador.
2. Boasberg orders the flights turned around.
3. Trump ignores order because flights are already in international airspace.
4. Boasberg issues contempt charges.
5. Trump appeals citing lack of jurisdiction. Deportees were from Texas district.
6. Circuit agrees, voids Boasberg case ab initio.
7. Boasberg insists contempt still valid.
8. Trump appeals to Supreme Court.
9. Supreme Court overrides Boasberg with writ of mandamus.
10. Boasberg revives contempt charges.
11. Boasberg invents "constructive custody" to revive El Salvador deportation case.
12. Boasberg orders Tren de Aragua deportees returned to the USA.
13. Trump informs Boasberg deportees returned to Venezuela in prisoner swap.
14. Circuit court stops contempt proceedings for third time.

The next step is to stop the "constructive custody" ruling as not grounded in any law.

This court has now turned red.

Today, John Shepherd was confirmed by the Senate, 53-46, for the Western District of Arkansas. That Court is now majority republican appointed judges.

Judge Susan O. Hickey, appointed in 2011 by Obama, announced she would assume senior status upon the confirmation of her successor.
