This is for the benefit of those FReepers who inexplicably refuse to believe these protests are organized and paid for but who ludicrously and preposterously and insanely believe are the result of individuals who just all happen to walk into their local Kinkos or Office Depot and have signs printed on the spot and fastened to the exact same kind of wooden poles and then purely coincidentally all find themselves at the same street corner. 😀

I’m glad you’re posting this information.
Protestor: “At least at the Columbia and Harvard tents we got paid by Soros in dollars. Now we have to go to a bank and then stand in line to deposit Tomans and Rials.”
Woman: “I’m already getting paid. I’m getting paid for this right now.”
👍
Tax evaders , GO GET EM
Are there actually Freepers who’ve been fooled by this??
Hell, there are Freepers who are shedding tears and bumping their heads on their Massie autographed prayer rugs over the assatollah being unalived.
Yes. They think these protests are organic. They think people get up early in the morning and go to Kinkos or Office Depot and have signs printed on the spot and then start calling each other and telling each other to meet at such and such place at such and such time.
I wonder how many Senators and Congressmen have been paid by Iran.
“unlived”....haha...I needed that
I know that Iran has been funding lobbyists in the US since, at least, the Obama nuclear deal.
There is NIAC (https://niacouncil.org/) and it’s head, Trita Parsi, who wears well-cut suits and tie, and speaks fluent English. He meets legislators and policymakers here and abroad, and pretends to advocate for human rights in Iran, while lobbying against sanctions and military intervention. He is the darling of Congressional Democrats (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1tJH9L8qK0M)
Before he was taken out, the Ayatollah decreed that in the event of his death, Ali Larijani run Iran’s affairs until a new Ayatollah is picked. Larijani is Iran’s former nuclear negotiator and a member of its national security council. As recently as three weeks ago, Larijani’s daughter was practicing medicine right here in the US. https://www.iranintl.com/en/202601245480
Here are American citizens and residents, right here on US soil, signing praise to the Ayatollah. Note the quality of the audio and video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EZRtu2PyisU
On US soil, ceremonies are held to mourn the martyrdom of the 3rd Shiite Imam. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qEAFNKrbvoI&list=RDqEAFNKrbvoI&start_radio=1
The threat of Islamists on US soil is something the Rand Paul / Candace / Tucker RINOs don’t understand. You can’t live in peace with Islamists. You have to fight them. Once Iran is liberated, one source of funding for these anti-American activists will dry up.
Unfortunately, there will still be Chinese Communist Party and Soros. And that is why I advocate for much harsher foreign lobbying laws. The First Amendment should not be used by our enemies to destroy us from within.
Probably quite a few.
Shiite Moslems in Houston, mourning the death of the Shiite’s third Imam.
Shiite lore has it that the third Imam and his followers confronted an infidel caliph, and were given a chance to surrender, but instead chose to fight to death. This myth energizes Shiites to follow the Imam’s lead and seek martyrdom.
Iran funds these Islamic Centers and mosques. Take a second and look at how hateful these people are.
