Former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters addressed a judge for more than 40 minutes before being sentenced to 8.5 years in prison in an election computer breach.

Why is she relitigating her case? I’m sure her attorneys told her this was a very bad idea. So arrogant, she can’t just apologize and ask for mercy.
The Democrats told us this could not happen
She turns what is supposed to be a final statement to the judge (to possibly sway him into giving her a lighter sentence) into her trying to reopen the case or something. I’ve never seen anything so stupid as this in my life. These statements from defendants need to be limited to five or 10 minutes.

Tina Peters committed no crime! The election rigging criminals like the Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswald who co free up the fraud went after Tina Peters for uncovering it and making the findings public which was her sworn duty.
Tina is proof that all Americans are at risk for false charges that can mean incarceration.
The Feds need to prosecute the fraudsters and then do a prisoner swap for Tina Peters. I’m sure Blondi will get right on that...
This is the way the Left is hiding scrutiny into election fraud. In fact, the way J6 demonstrators were arrested was the sane action against those wanting election fraud exposed. When these monsters have no defense for their actions, they do what the Leftnicks always do: make your defense a good offense with the sword of lawfare. This is not what’s supposed to happen in a Democratic Republic. It time to turn the tables on these monsters for every evil deed they have committed. It’s time to take lawfare out with a decree by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Tina Peters is a political prisoner. The judge is corrupt. The elections is Colorado are rigged. It is a state ran by the riggers for the riggers. The entire state Government is illegitimate. She preserved the data that showed that the elections was rigged. The same corrupt judge refused to allow her a defense. They denied testimony and actual evidence of fraud. Because the state is captured by the riggers.
