We can safely assume the war is now over. Ukraine has flatlined....no reviving the corpse. Of course, those of us that have been there know they were doomed....no amount of western propaganda will revive them.

Besides losing on the battlefield, the have no economy. No real production, commerce or manufacturing to speak of. Their only economy is what's passed through as aid from the west.

Along with much of their poplation, that's going away too. After the new year, they will not be able to fund their government, pensions and day-to-day services.

Nothing to celebrate, on any side. Just a destroyed nation and people. Neocon meddling and war making ends in utter tragedy and humanitarian crisis once again.

My fear is that you’re going to start seeing a lot of Ukrainians fleeing to Poland. They’ve already got more than they can handle.

They are a welfare state. Always have been. Since their becoming a “ nation” in 1991, they have consistently defaulted or renegotiated ALL their loans from the IMF and World bank. The loans from 2014 have all been defaulted on.

A grifter nation, from day one. Best to give Russia, Poland, Hungary, Romania their historic territory back. The EU can have them, good riddance.
