It’s a simple yes or No question..why the long dissertation? Since I doubt you are referring to my 29 word comment, then the answer to why the article is posted is because, you see, as in a trial, evidence needs to be presented for the jury or just the judge to determine the case, which is usually a simple innocence or guilt judgment. I hope you will bear well with that.
