RFK Jr. is trying to reach Scott Adams. Not sure if has been successful yet. He posted the President is aware of his situation.
Sad that things are not going well for Scott. It just so happens I’m on my way to visit my uncle who also has metastasized prostate cancer. Hopefully they will have better treatments for it soon.
I confess to a certain apprehension that, owing to some of Scott’s publicly expressed views, some distorted through misquotation or shorn of their proper context—an impression may have taken root among members of the hospital’s medical staff.
Should that be the case, I fear it might, however subtly, prejudice the quality of his treatment and the earnestness of his care.
Galinpepimut-S from Sellas Life Sciences will have FDA approval in a couple of months in case the transplant isn’t durable. It’s a vast improvement over the current standard of care for AML.

Scott Adams was one of the few who correctly predicted Trump would win 2016. I listened to him everyday like a kid listening to a radio serial in the 1940’s. He kept my spirits up through Covid, through his courtship and wedding to his wife, and into the 2020 election cycle. When he said that Trump really did lose, I couldn’t believe it. How had he literally changed his opinion overnight? He was always so insightful about the ways people manipulate the storyline, fudge polls and data, etc. I was done with him. Then he got sick and my heart goes out to him. 68 seems young anymore... Then again, if life cannot be measured by its length but by its depth, he has had a wondrous run! A great mind is a terrible thing for society to lose.

If it is the type that depends on testosterone for existence, androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) should work. My PSA went from the 7.22 to about 0.1 in about a month using ADT. I then underwent proton radiation therapy. So far so good.
I hope Scott sees this.
For 25 years, I worked with their Senior Vice President, National Labor Relations and Office of Labor Management Partnership (OLMP), for Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, CA, when he first started work at my manufacturing plant in our mail room in Detroit 50 years ago.
He was a good kid, used our tuition reimbursement program to obtain a Masters degree, then ultimately, a law degree specializing in Labor relations. Rose thru the ranks from the mail room with me, to our labor relations dept., then HR manager, transferred to corporate as labor relations manager then left the company after 25 years to accept positions with better pay and management promotions, finally ending up in Calif. with Kaiser
I listen to him every day and am usually trolling (in a good way, I hope) on the YT comments stream. People here are not knowledgeable of his history. He has tried IVM (I’m pretty sure) and has went on androgens deprivation therapy back in May and had a wonderful response until the androgen-insensitive cancer cells took over. Trump has called him personally and loves Scott. If anyone can pull strings, it’s Trump.
Having said that, Adams needs to get his heart right in a giant hurry.

Pluvicto is usually given to people whose prostate CA has not been suppressed by ADT and radiation...it is one of the drugs used in late in therapy ...there are newer oral anti prostate. CA drugs also. If Scott Adams has enough money I am surprised he would be with Kaiser only. Kaiser is known for giving good standard care, but not cutting edge therapy.
Is a radioactive atom of Lutetium 177 bound to Prostate membrane surface antigen ..the pmsa and Lu bind to the surface of most Pros CA cells...and kills those cells...
Could suppress his tumors for a while. Hope so, and I hope Pluvicto could be greenlighted for more use if it is effective with Mr. Adams.
