As I noted in an article a few days ago, Dem Officials are Incentivizing Anti-ICE Violence, Dem cities are pushing law enforcement to confront ICE personnel. The next stage is pretty obvious. Trying to arrest federal law enforcement personnel.

That last one is from Erwin Chemerinsky, the dean of the Berkeley law school, who argues that…”federal officers, including ICE agents, can be sued or prosecuted for violating state law unless those actions unduly interfere with the federal government’s operations.”
Chemerinsky goes on to argue that courts may decide that wearing masks is unreasonable, but that’s nonsense. If DHS tells ICE personnel to wear masks, that’s not their ‘unreasonable’ behavior, it’s the mandate from a federal agency, which can be fought as a matter of litigation, but not as a criminal one.
This is not a matter of cities or states finding any specific form of behavior by ICE personnel unreasonable, but states and cities declaring themselves to be ‘sanctuaries’ where a certain form of federal law did not apply.
Then having those states and cities actively forbid their law enforcement personnel from cooperating with federal law enforcement.
And then actively inciting and supporting harassment and riots against federal law enforcement.
Finally passing laws trying to limit the ability of federal law enforcement enforcing those specific laws in their ‘sanctuaries’.
Now they’re trying to get to the final pre-civil war stage by authorizing local law enforcement to interfere with and arrest federal law enforcement enforcing those specific laws.
This is just a slower way to get to Fort Sumter in which states assert their immunity from and authority over federal personnel.
That’s how we got a civil war last time. And that’s how we may get there this time.
It the next move of the civil war that’s been going on for years.
The feds don’t lose a civil war.
Some cities and states defying the federal government and its laws. Deciding which laws to obey and which to break in defiance.
Pritzker, Newsom and Brandon Johnson calling for escalating the battles and taking down the law enforcement Nazis and criminal officers invading their areas.
What could go wrong?
Afterwards, lustrate all the Dems and Dem voters and have military supervised elections to replace the scum, including the House and Senate.
Incendiary. Inciting impressionable people to violence.
And that was a law professor at Berkeley. Not a fool in a bar late at night who is talking nonsense.
The Feds need ICE SWAT teams and lots of ammo to “Save Our Democracy”.
If Trump improving the White House with a new ballroom and getting outrageous pushback, then how will the Dems react to the Insurrection Act?
Which the Dems are daring the GOP to accept despite the GOP never calling for violence in reaction to the attempts on Trump’s life or the killing of Charlie Kirk.

Historically, this nation has been down this road with the democrats pre and post civil war. Federal law, and law enforcement, always supersedes state and local. This is how ridiculously biased the media has become, and how historically stupid democrats are being. They talk about the law, but they ignore laws they don’t like and try to enforce laws that are subservient to Federal laws. I don’t think this is going to end well for the democrats, and I think it will be far humiliating and far shorter than 1860.
I believe they already have them and are called BORTAC. They are the federal officers that finally went into the school in Uvalde, TX despite lacking jurisdiction when the local and state police failed in their duty.

The left / Democrats control (or controlled) basically every apparatus of Federal Government - including the DOJ/FBI, America’s Law Enforcement Agency, and even the military.
It clearly pisses them off that ICE somehow slipped their fingers.
The bottom line:
It is the same ICE which operated under zero & the napper.
Thus their ‘targeting’ of ICE is a metaphor for ALL of us on the right:
We are ALL targets, not just ICE.
Keep powder dry and keen OODA loop.
Just remember. They begged for it.
