hot food can not be bought using SNAP, but can be using the cash benefit.. dont conflate the two
Some states allow fast food restaurants like McDonalds to accept EBT. In these states, the Restaurant Meals Program (RMP) enables eligible SNAP recipients to purchase prepared meals at approved restaurants. This program is designed for individuals who may struggle to prepare their own meals, such as those designated as "disabled." The restaurants prominently advertise "We accept EBT," there there must be a huge client base.
