FIRE THAT MORON FRANKLIN.
1- it’s obvious from last week they’ve taken the ball out of Allar’s hands. They don’t trust him to win games and he was better running the ball rather than passing it. Drew Allar = Christian Hackneberg II. The big mistake was bringing him back and when they brought him back, not signing any big play makers at WR. PSU never should’ve brought Allar back and Allar would’ve been better off transferring. Franklin gets fired somewhere in mid November if PSU cannot go on a run.
2- Arch Manning shows me nothing. Yes- the Oline stinks and the expectations were unreasonably insane but the guy has no pocket presence, shows no ability to make quick decisions and missed open receivers all games. The fact he was sidelined for a play after his helmet came off that final drive, and the back-up came in then hit a 12 yard pass, was the only thing that kept Texas alive on that drive...
Well, that is a shocker as UCLA is terrible this year - they've already fired their coach.
Gators beating Texas.... a minor upset.

Maryland suffered a KILLER loss today, first of the season...
Geez.... the Bruins first win. Maybe the new coach is making a difference?
Was that in Gainesville or Austin?
See what happens when you fire a coach?
And no, I wasn’t impressed with Napier, just because they beat Texas, he tried to give the game away.
Congratulations, Bruins! I’m a USC Trojans fan, but I hold 15 units from UCLA and recall the times when I camped out in their Graduate Research Library when I was earning my AB at Occidental College, so I was pulling for the Bruins this afternoon.
Arch Manning really screwed the pooch. OU’s defense is going make him a bitch next week.
Go TTU!
Super happy that Arch performed about the same as he did against the Buckeyes. He does make a good spokesman for Warby Parker though. Should help them sell a few pairs of glasses.
It’s time for James Franklin, Penn State go their separate ways | McGonigal

“For much of Franklin’s tenure, you could bank on two things: Penn State coming up short in big games and beating the teams it’s expected to beat. Franklin’s 4-21 record against top-10 teams is inescapable while his 100-22 mark against everyone else was propping him up.
But a week after a deflating defeat to Oregon, Franklin bucked the trend: he followed up a loss to a top-ranked team with a loss to arguably the worst team in college football.”
