After 9/11, agencies throughout the country were forced to upgrade their background checks because some states had issued driver's licenses to terrorists.

Here we are, two decades later and California, among other states is doing it again. It's aiding and abetting terrorists and illegal alien invaders.

It would seem obvious that some of our state governments have been infiltrated by the terrorist.

If one supports terrorist with ways and means, such as materials, money or cover, then you are a terrorist and need to be treated as such.. :(
