No need to parse the various manifestations of persona who are mentally ill as all trans persons are. They are in an uncharted area (blame DSM-5) between neurosis and psychosis and there is no reason to consider their violent manifestations any more than it would be to deal with the violence of Alzheimer patients.
Force mental health treatment for all trans persons and institutionalize as necessary.
