I was always in awe of how much knowledge Charlie Kirk amassed and could recall when debating/teaching students and what a quick mind he had. I think we need a group of Charlie’s acolytes carrying on at multiple campuses to continue and increase his good work.
I’ve lost track of Milo Yianoppolis. He was also very smart and quick on his feet, and I believe he renounced his former sinful lifestyle (not casting stones) and found Jesus. He may be a good addition to the many people it will take to fill Charlie’s shoes.
Milo is very bright, but as I recall, he tended to indulge in too much negative gossip about other republicans, to be taken seriously on a consistent basis. Maybe he’s changed.
I haven’t heard much from him directly in nearly 10 years.
Milo was driven into retirement but just the other day he announced he is in-retiring. He is Catholic, he says, but he’s still living with his black male lover. I don’t think Christian crowds are going to be receptive to a guy who is still rather effeminate and often makes uncomfortable references to his taste for black men. If he were straight and manly, he’d be a real threat to the Left, but sadly he is not.
