God bless Erika, but I don’t think she should be the default successor just because of her immediate proximity to Charlie. She has children who now need her undivided attention as they grieve and move on. She may be too emotional now to lead the organization.

Charlie thought that men and women were inherently different. The organization should be lead by a man.

The wife being automatically the replacement for any leader is a flawed idea.

I would occasionally watch Charlie, and he had a way to drive home messages that were unique to Charlie. It was his show much like the Rush Limbaugh show was his show. Both were very easy to listen to and/or watch.

I can’t say that about Erika. I hope she finds a better personality to host the show. Megyn Kelly was on today’s show, she does a better job of presenting the message than Erika would, but I don’t think she’s it either. (go ahead a flame away)
