Civil suits by the Kirk family are a possibility.
They need to sink their Sandy Hooks into the bank accounts of hate.
They need to establish that it is actually an organization rather than a political identity. I think that is the hang up.

Throughout history good men have tried to live in peace and love with their families and their own God. Sadly though, despots full of self-pride, importance, evil ambition and an unquenchable thirst for power, money and control over others rise up. Each and every time reluctant otherwise peaceful men have had to rise up and squash these evil terrible people. Eventually they do.
The Governor of Utah suggests we “find an off ramp” to this violence if not this confrontation. How do we do that without vanquishing those who will do us harm? They will not be deterred by words. Already authorities are softening from claimed intentions of justice and the death penalty for Charlie’s assassin.
We are in a fight for our nation with enemies within and all around us.
