Part of the problem is that people think it’s safest to project that you’re not looking at someone in the eye. Doing so might stir some “disrespect”. Thus sometimes they think it’s safer to let everyone around know that she’s not looking at them.

Hmmm... I just now tried to order some of that on Amazon. They said they were unable to ship that to my address due to restrictions. I live in SoCal LA area. I don’t get it, I got my Sabre pepper spray from them and they shipped here just fine.

Any thoughts as to why they won’t ship it here?
