I can’t imagine what these elites think? When Muslims take over the country, they will proceed to replace the elites with themselves.

In a way, these elites are stupid. They'll lose power when they are replaced due to demographics. Sadiq Khan will end up being the PM and he'll invite his buddies to form the government.

They think they'll work together. But that won't be the case unless they convert to Islam (they may end up doing that).
