The first Illinois Republican Gubernatorial Debate
Self | 9/4/2025 | Self

The debate was interesting and the lines already drawn. Questions spanned from Underfunded Pensions to skyrocket energy Prices. What was the one platform that stood out and was only captured by ultimately the best performance of the night? I was pretty impressed by candidate Max Solomon. Distinctly impressive on the answers to the issues, his praise and reverence to our Commander and Chief Donald J. Trump was very evident and exciting to watch.

Max Solomon a Legal Immigrant was a wonderful stunning example of what LEGAL immigrants offer this nation when they follow the rules and laws and come into our great nation the right way.

Max was a breath of fresh air as This Republican Candidate closed out the evening with his thankfulness and appreciation of Trump who's excellent leadership is leading our country back to greatness.

TOPICS: Government; Politics

Who ever wins this Republican Primary will face J. B. Pritzker for the upcoming 2026 Illinois gubernatorial election.

You can’t take back the state if you don’t have any other lever of the state government except the governor. Republicans need to pin the mess that is Illinois on the democrats. They own every lever of power. All these problems are theirs. They are why people are fleeing the state. They are why we have so much crime. And on crime the dems say crime is down. Its only down from an outrages 2021 crime year. But its the highest in the nation now and it was then. We are in huge debt. We have woke terrible schools. Our roads are falling apart. We are the very definition of insanity.

I have a feeling it’s already decided. Lots of people hate Pritzker, but there’s too much corruption and fraud here, especially in Chicago. It’ll take A LOT to offset it.

Unfortunately, nothing can be done about that by Trump or US Congress.

I still say the only way a Republican could conceivably win is if he/she is Black. Shouldn’t be that way, but it is...
