I believe that some of the gratuitous anti-Catholic and anti-Protestant comments posted on FR and elsewhere are deliberate attempts to split the two primary religious groups that support political conservatism. Also, anti-Mormon and anti-Seventh Day Adventist posts follow a similar pattern. There are very distinct doctrinal differences among these groups. However, who is the enemy?
