She doesn’t write anything. She’s an illiterate DEI stooge.

The term is Dunning-Kruger effect. People who are too stupid to realize how stupid they are.

Her “fan base” can enjoy her being an inconsequential nag for the rest of her days.
To: whyilovetexas111
Yep, we will be suffering from that DEI appointment for a long time.

(She does not seem like the best justice we have on the court. I always felt that her credentials were inferior to those of everyone else.)
I don’t think she has the fortitude to stay a full term. You heard it here first.

She is probably unable to hire very smart interns or Law Clerks. While any graduating law school student would love to have clerked for a Supreme Court Justice, doubtful many would view clerking for her would enhance their resume.

I went college for someone who was a clerk for both Brennan and Souter (which tells us something about Souter). He wanted to clerk for a Justice, and he checked the box.
SCOTUS is SCOTUS. Most college athletes will be okay with being drafted in the first round by a bad team. SCOTUS is the top tier, and even the bottom of it is still a quantum above everything else.

Credential, shmedentials. Her opinions are about making her feel good. Sort of like what her girl friend does to her with a cigar.

She is a very stupid woman whose decisions are written for her.

She's exactly the same as Kamala Harris. If she had to go thru an election for getting into the Supreme Court, she wouldn't have done any better than Kamala.
She's just a dumb as Kamala, but unfortunately, we have to put up with her until she dies or decides to retire.

She's all but admitted that. She even blasted the Court for relying on "legalese" to make its decisions in one of her opinions - you know, those things called "laws" and the "Constitution", and that she would use her opinions as an opportunity to expression how she feels on subjects rather than relying on the law.
There were quite a number of even left-leaning black female jurists that Biden could have appointed instead of her that were actually qualified. She apparently got through over these other qualified purely because she was 100% activist who would not even give a cursory consideration as to what the Constitution or laws say. She isn't qualified to be on the Mock Trial team at a high school, let alone be on the Supreme Court of the United States.
