all I know is I am damned tired of calling tech support for Internet, my mortgage company... Verizon... all of them and getting some fkng foreigner I can barely understand. and whe you ask them to slow down their speech so you can understand them, they call you racist and hang up on you!! After youve been on hold for a half hour!!!

I stopped trying a long time ago. I will simply say...get me someone who speaks English. I’ve had them say...but I speak English. Really? Because I can’t understand you. Okay then, get me someone I can understand. lol
