Russia's manpower loses are not sustainable. Russia has been burning through its stockpiles of Soviet military hardware which it can't replace without a ceasefire. The Ukies have attritted so much old Soviet armor that the Ruskies are now using motorbikes to move their troops around the front, and mules and donkeys to move supplies. The Ukies have done an amazing job degrading Russia's nuclear bombers, Black Sea Fleet, gas pipelines and oil refineries. Few seriously think that Putin can survive another year of the war, and a Russian collapse could be sooner. The more the Ukies can bomb important Russian infrastructure, the sooner the war ends. The major issue for the Ukies is replacing its manpower, but they have been doing the job so far.
