It is an interesting commonality with so many of these police web cam videos.
The guys getting arrested very rarely seem to freak out.
However, the woman almost always think they are above the law. Sometimes absolutely going ballistic. Which makes for great viral videos.
They do if they're Sovereign Citizens. Those guys are pretty fun to watch.
