that he gathered his junior officers together and informed them that neither he nor they would follow the CIC’s orders if he, Miley, thought it would be a threat to, iirc, CHINA !!
THAT, my friends and fellow USCG vets, is the text book definition of MUTINY .
why he wasn’t immediately arrested, thrown in the damn brig, charged, brought before a UMCJ tribunal, prosecuted, and sentenced , if found guilty, to the punishment that crime of mutiny calls for, I want to know .
I’ve never trusted the Flynn family.
