"When they go low, we're going to bury them below the Capitol. That's what we're going to do, because this is about protecting democracy," Swalwell tells me on California's redistricting efforts.

What a laughable assertion.
That rigging elections is “protecting democracy,”

Well, most members of Congress have a residence in the Washington area, as well as where they are from. The issue is, they aren’t supposed to claim a Washington DC area home as the legal or principal residence.

Sounds like a threat to me.
What does “go low” mean?
How do you get “under the capital”?
Hmmm.
Violence is ALWAYS by dems.

The attitude and tone of the Democratic Party will only continue to reinforce more people to vote against them. https://shorturl.at/8xPfu

You mean those who actually get off their asses and even bother to vote.

Swallwell, Schiff, Prixster and Newscum. The well-greased, man-bun, Macho Ratboyz. They’re going to “fight fire with fiery Molotov cocktails, swastikas and “F” bombs from the DemonRAT Party of Death and Destruction. Even that wackier than hell Soviet, Jessica Tarlov is talking about taking a knife to a gunfight or something like that on FOX. They’re all trying to be Macho. They even have the old whiskered grayhairs and their husbands dropping “F” bombs to show how macho they are. I’ll bet they will be campaigning with the Village People in 2026 with “Macho They/Them” as their theme song.

The leftocrats talk bigly, followed by asking George Soros to hire protest crowds to act. The media supports this by keeping their origins quiet. It keeps the service product value supported and expensive. $400 per day, per outraged protester. This includes lodging, legal support, command & control communications, and meals with a perdiem. The customer provides charter busses. $20 per mile and $1,000 per day.
In the past this was what USAID funds were paying for.

They've already gerrymandered everything they could to "protect their democracy." They are fighting the ungerrymandering of their earlier gerrymandering, but couching that in "protecting democracy."
The whole thing is absurd.

Congressional districts should be drawn by latitude & longitude only. Put an end to this nonsense forever, it’s just unnecessary.
Aside from that, is there a word that describes Swalwell better than “smarmy”?
Slimy, icky, gross, and queer come in as a close second.

Considering the terrible fires which plague California, it may not be the best metaphor for Newsom to talk about fighting fire with fire.
