Perhaps Trump has granted Soros an UNCONSTITUTIONAL "TITLE OF NOBILITY" like he did with Hillary.

"She's an ex-president's wife".

He doesn't want the support of the justice (majority) wing of his base anymore.

At least Prince Andrew won't have to attend another white house ball in a tent. Wouldn't want to offend "royalty".
