According to Davis, the so-called “statute of limitations” argument — the favorite excuse of Deep State operatives hoping to run out the clock — doesn’t apply either. Why? Because the criminal conspiracy never stopped.
Mike Davis made clear this isn’t just about exposing a political dirty trick. This was a multi-year coup against the duly elected President of the United States — and the perpetrators are still walking free.
Benny Johnson: Talk us through what happens next. If you don’t mind, could you narrow it down to Comey, Clapper, Brennan, and Barack Obama? Will Barack Obama be able to claim presidential immunity on this? Can you claim presidential immunity if you’re committing a crime?
Mike Davis: He might be able to claim presidential immunity for his actions while he was the President of the United States, and they’ll have to litigate that. It’s unclear whether he’ll ultimately get presidential immunity for this. But I’ll tell you this: it’s an ongoing criminal conspiracy. And presidential immunity covers his actions while he’s the President of the United States.
They don’t cover his actions when he’s the former President of the United States. And when he’s participating in the cover-up of this conspiracy, then he doesn’t have presidential immunity.

On July 26, 2016, July 28, 2016 and Aug. 3, 2016:
Obama was in office, but was not impeached or convicted while in office, therefore, constitutionally immune for crimes done while in office. (However, he is liable for crimes while not in office because that would not be a federal issue). I don’t like Obama either but I won’t endorse what violates the Constitution. Doing that just empowers the other side to violate the Constitution which is how we got into this mess in the first place.
As great as the Constitution is as the Supreme Law of the Land and probably the most inspired law yet conceived for any land, it doesn’t always work in our political favor. But it is WAY ahead of whatever’s in second place and "preserving, protecting, and defending" it should be the top priority of every freedom-loving Patriot. Period.
