“She doesn’t look black to me.”
True. Maybe she’s halfrican like Obama and self identifies as her black half.
Last week someone here posted that Kari Lake is black.
Trump appoints the EEOC commissioner. This suit was ginned up under a former Democratic administration. It is still sitting there in EEOC. I am surprised Trump has not looked into this yet to find out who is behind it at EEOC and get rid of the DEI foxes in the hen house.
No reason to look or read any further. The Cal demoRATS reached out to the ensconced liberTARDS in 1965 created EEOC.
Anything that radiates strength, conservative values is a target of the woke fellow travlers.
"Meathead Movers "hires student athletes with ambitious career goals and helps them achieve those goals through coaching, training, and confidence building. When employees start their post graduation job searches, founder Aaron Steed proactively calls hiring managers to sing their praises." To that end, the profile added, "the business recruits its 350-plus movers–mostly wrestlers, as well as football and baseball players–from colleges in southern and central California."
No one ever filed a complaint and the EEOC has wasted millions of tax payer money on their snipe hunt.
Those involved with this witch hunt should be fired.
Can’t Trump get rid of this? Seems like it would take one phone call.
I rented a storage unit at Meathead movers a few years ago. It is a great company and they served me well. In a local radio interview the CEO stated they don’t discriminate against any one for their age to work for them. But they must be able to do the heavy lifting and packaging of items required for job. They wouldn’t hire me due to my arthritis, but that is discrimination allowed under the ADA. If you can’t meet the job requirements then they can refuse to hire you.
YMMV. IMHO. ( I never applied for a job at Meathead Movers.)
MOVE THE COMPANY TO NEVADA
STILL MOVE WHOMEVER WISHES TO HIRE THEM
UPS HAS WEIGHT LIFTING REQUIREMENTS.....IIRC-—AT LEAST 65#
THIS JOB HAS EVEN HEAVIER ITEMS.
When my neighbor's wife did a flit he asked to be moved to first shift so he could be home in the evening with his sons who are both under ten. The owner fired him. For asking.
He took it to the NLRB and was told that since the company was not union they had no authority. So he went to the EEOC and was told that he had no case.
I think he does because they would not have treated a female employee with small children like that.
It is like when the CPS goes after a mom for letting her 11 year old son be out of the house without supervision but can not for love or money be persuaded that another female who is pimping out her prepubescent children needs to be investigated.
HOW DOES NEVADA HELP AGAINST A FEDERAL EEOC COMMISSION?
