“Will Kash fire him?’

Kash Patel is responsible for the FBI, not the US Secret Service. The current Secret Service director is Sean M. Curran who was appointed by President Trump. Mr. Curran would have to fire a Secret Service agent.

IIRC Sean was the first SS officer to reach Trump on the stage after the shooting at Butler.
