She was part of the regular Donald Trump detail and was not chosen for the big outdoor J13 rally, but simply had her “rotation” come up, according to multiple Secret Service sources.”
Perez was one of the six who were suspended.
Supposedly Perez was singled out by Trump at a Christmas party because of the Butler assassination attempt.

I had read earlier it was her first time as being in charge of a site. You would think her supervisor should have reviewed her plans carefully before the rally. Also, you have to wonder if she was a diversity hire.
